Nehemiah Foundation

Opportunity: To fund for and further enhance the orphanage's feeding, educational, health, and facility improvements needs, in order to more effectively care for children for one year.

Fundacion Nehemias (Nehemiah Foundation) is an orphanage established in 1996, with a commitment of caring for children from poverty-stricken and broken homes in the region of Santa Ana. The orphanage administers nutritional, educational, health, agricultural, and biblical theology programs for the children. It feeds over 250 meals daily to children who have either one, or none, guaranteed meals a day in this poor region. It is also a school for little children between the ages of 4-6 years old, currently education close to 65 children. These little ones receive education, two meals a day, clothes, and sometimes toys from CHF through Fundacion Nehemias.
